How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Ekirtasiyem Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices. Each one owns its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start with the provider. Keep your notes in writing.
Then tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Ekirtasiyem Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot decide a matter on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@ekirtasiyem.quest. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the result you want
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. We reply with what we found and any action we take.
Not Happy With the Answer?
Reply and ask for another review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. The Better Business Bureau is another option. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
